Why is the atmosphere so special in English football stadiums?
They sometimes call it the 12th man. Some say that singing during football matches goes back to the formation of the English Football league back in the 1880’s. No one is really sure, but what is certain is that each and every team in the English league has its own official song amongst other chants.
These chants are what really unify supporters and teams. They are sung out passionately amongst people that normally would not even give you the time of day in the street but pack them into a football stadium and they give a new lease of life to their players for the common purpose of victory.
The players on the Campus Chelsea FC in Malaga will enjoy themselves learning and singing some of the more popular Chelsea FC chants and songs. Here we have the official Chelsea FC anthem which is sung at the start of every home match.
